We Have Winner!!

After searching online for ever it seems, I finally found a pair of boots at our local Belks..  And on sale---HOLLA!!!  My friend Lisa and I went to lunch yesterday and then did just a little shopping---no major damage. I promise..:)

But I found these boots by BareTrap and love them!!  

So, I think I will be boot happy now for the season!!

Great Weekend!!!

The Anderson Halloween Party was so much fun!!  I loved seeing everybody!!  And the costumes were great!  Tony had the house decorated inside and out---so much work and it paid off with a great party...   

I posted the rest of the pictures on Facebook, but here is just a taste of our fun...

Brian also helped Tony---he is in the picture with Marilyn Monroe..  They did awesome...

But now it's back to the work week..  Sad that the weekend goes by so fast...

Mac has promised to be my work out buddy starting Novembef 1st..   Going to hold him to it!!!  Got to start some holiday work outs before the holiday food starts!!!

Raise Your Hands---It's Friday!!!

OMG--can I tell you how excited I am that it is Friday!!  The thought of knowing that I can sleep in tomorrow is almost orgasmic!  I did finally get to sleep through the night last night, but I had to cave in and let Mya sleep in the bed with me to get that solid sleep.  But I think once we both got situated, neither one of us even turned over!  I was so tired! 

Tonight I'm "planning" to go to bed as soon as I can---I want to sleep late and be very rested for this party that I'm going to on Saturday.  It's going to be crazy crazy fun.  Guess what I'm going as??  A Black Widow--you know the kind of spider that eats her mat after she is finished with them...  LOL!!  I have very cool spider jewelry and I'm going to put little spiders throughout my hair.  Oh and did I mention some killer 4-5 inch steletto's..  So cute!!!  I'm sure I will have a crazy picture or two to post... 

Other than the party, it's going to be a pretty low key weekend.  Saving as much money as I can for our Christmas stuff.

A Week---Really??

Seriously, I haven't blogged in a week?  I've got to get better.  There is no excuse when I can do it from my phone now!!  LAWD!!
Ok, well lets get cought up... 

I'm very, very---let me say this again, VERY proud of myself.  This past Sunday I worked and we were extremely slow.  So I do what I love to do, jumped on Ebay and started looking around.  Not only did I come across once pair of boots, I found TWO!!!  I stared at those shoes for hours.  "Get them"  "Click Buy Now," "Watch This Item"---the pressure was painful!! 

See aren't these gorgous!!!  It was so hard to not click that button!!  But I didn't.. I would have called it "Christmas" but there is something I want that trumps the boots...

I'm finally going to upgrade my iPad..  Setting my sights on the iPad Air.  My iPad has never been upgraded and it has gotten really slow...  It's the first generation-- so it's time and I would rather it be my Christmas cause it will be used daily for a long time to come..

Mac's Christmas list---all for his truck..  He is working to help go towards it---but Lawd is it painful to think about howuch..  However, he is doing awesome in school so  fine with some OT for my baby!!!

Steppin Wednesday!!

Since I declared that I'm no longer using my cold/sinus issues as an excuse to not exercise---I decided to use my Step 360 to start of my workout week..  If you haven't seen or used one of these before, they are awesome..  It really works your core and helps you with your balance.  I also like the ab workout on this the best.  It's very versatile, and can be used in alot of ways.  I can't get the "link" to work on this computer, but you can just hop over to Amazon or EBay and check them out.  I like Amazon because you can read the reviews and see what everyone else thinks of the product..

  I'm going to wear my Polar heart rate monitor, so I'll post it when I'm done---as proof that I did it!!  Gotta hold myself accountable!!!

Finally Getting Better!!

Have I mentioned that I have had two colds/sinus infections in two months..  I feel like I have been sick forever!  However, I finally feel like I'm getting back to normal.  Either way, I refuse to be sick any longer.  My favorite time of the year is approaching---I love winter clothes!!  And boots!!  So, I'm planning on getting this ass up this week and working it out!!  Excuses no more.  I hope to take Mya with me, but sometimes she holds me back---her leash walking isn't the greatest.  She's only a year old---lots of "let's chase the squirrel" moments still in her.  So, I'm going to put my music in and get moving... 

For the Halloween party I've decided to go as a "Black Widow"....  Or, you can call it "Ho Tara"---either way, I'm wearing some killer red stiletto's with an awesome top and leggings.  The party is at Lisa and Tony's house and I want to be very comfortable---I'm pretty sure I might be having a drink or two or five..

Today starts Mac's first job as a "Manny" to our friends Sara and Vance.  He will be keeping their  5 year old triplets and their 10 year old son too.  It's a great job---no weekends, late nights or even holidays....  My little baby is keeping babies!!!
